We have to consider that the referees are intentionally throwing games for gambling purposes. When the errors are that egregious (England denied and Mexico injustice) and the referee is controlling the outcome of the game, there HAS to be an inquiry.
And those are the two most egregious and in the knockout round. The calls against the US were bad, but slightly less suspicious.
