Spain beat Croatia with a paneka

The UEFA Nations League between Croatia and Spain went all the way to a penalty shootout. And Dani Carvajal won it at last with a Paneka.

A paneka btw is a penalty kick named after Czech attacker Antonin Panenka.

He famously used it in the final of the 1976 Euros. After Czechoslovakia and West Germany couldn’t be split, the match went to a penalty shootout with Panenka converting the winning spotkick with a deceptive chip down the middle.

And this is Carvajal’s paneka..
