Wolverhamptom beat Manchester United at Old Trafford for the first time since 1980.They beat them 1-0 and that was mainly because of David De Gea– who once again pulled off some totally brilliant saves to keep that scoreline from reflecting how badly Manchester United actually played.
It was a long awaited and well deserved win for Wolves.
In the 40 years since 1980 they have played thirteen matches at Old Trafford,got beaten in 10 of those games and conceded 25 goals in those games.The last winner at Old Trafford for the Wolves was scored by Mel Eves who hung up his boots in 1989.
