Steven Gerrard joined the Liverpool youth team at the age of nine and went on from strength to strength after that.
He made his debut for the senior club team in 1998,became captain in 2003 and spent most of his footballing years becoming a 186 goal scoring Liverpool legend before finally bidding adieu to the club at the end of the 2014-15 season.
