The Liverpool team had to employ some astonishing subterfuge to make sure they could get to the venue for their game against Man Utd.
“They entered in a black bus around the back of the stadium as a heavily-branded red Liverpool bus entered via the main exit.The red bus turned out to be a decoy after it was blocked off in a side street in Manchester, with The Athletic reporting that the tyres had been slashed and police were on the scene.”
