Salah, contrary to all expectations, missed an absolute sitter against Stoke a couple of days or so ago.
To make it worse Liverpool just could not score against them and that made it two games in a row where they only managed to pick up one point.
Elsewhere Fabregas chalked up his 50th EPL goal against Swansea and suddenly the race to to get into the top four has now become very interesting.Chelsea in 5th are two points behind Spurs in 4th .If Arsenal win the Europa League and Liverpool win the Champion’s League they both will be in the CL next season. However if Chelsea manage to jump to third place in the league and Liverpool drop to fifth then Spurs won’t qualify even if they retain their fourth position at the end of the season.
Its a reasonably plausible scenario.
While we wait to see if that happens here’s a look at Fab’s fiftieth goal.
