Barcelona will be seeing a lot of Espanyol these days.They are playing three games against each other in the space of 11 days.
The last one was in the league which ended up a goalless draw.
This one – first leg of the Copa del Rey last-16 – was a pretty grim affair. Espanyol were down to 9 men at the end and lost the game 4 -1 after having been the team to score the first goal.
The next game is on wednesday next week.
Messi scored two -one of them off another brilliant free kick.
