DR Congo denied a Drogba less Ivory Coast early qualification to the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations after a 4-3 away win in Abidjan on Wednesday night.
The result was a major blow for Ivory Coast in the race to qualify for next January’s finals in Morocco after suffering a rare competitive home loss.
Captain Yaya Toure scored a brilliant goal solo goal in the early stages of the game and then led his team to 3 goals all despite being 3 -1 down at one stage.
However a late winner from Jeremy Bokila saw the Democratic Republicans from Congo pulling off this unlikely win.
