Danny Welbeck sees Arsenal in the horizon
The transfer will happen but its taking a long time to sort out because the Man Utd striker wants a permanent deal while Arsenal are looking more for a year long loan move. As per the BBC’s David Ornstein, a fee of £16m has been agreed on in principle but negotiations are still ongoing, possibly personal terms.
